Day 1 – Maasai Mara
The Safari begins early in the morning, as you embark from Nairobi for Maasai Mara National Reserve. The Mara hosts a stunning seasonal migration of thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and predators. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon wildlife drive. Dinner and stay at the campground or lodge.
Day 2 – Maasai Mara
After enjoying breakfast, get ready for an exciting full-day game drive with a packed lunch. As you journey through the stunning landscape, keep an eye out for cheetahs lounging in the shade under vehicles or climbing onto roofs for a better view of their prey. Bird enthusiasts will be delighted by the diverse avian life, with nearly 500 recorded species. After an adventurous day, unwind with dinner and an overnight stay at your choice of campsite or lodge.
Day 3 – Lake Nakuru National Park
Start your adventure with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a full-day safari to the breathtaking Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru is a renowned rhino sanctuary, home to over 40 black rhinos and more than 60 white rhinos. The park’s true stars are the vibrant flamingos that flock to the lake in stunning numbers, creating a breathtaking spectacle you won’t want to miss. After an exhilarating day of wildlife viewing, unwind with a delicious dinner and a peaceful overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 4 – Amboseli National Park
Arrive at Amboseli National Park and check in at your lodge or campsite. Enjoy a delicious lunch before embarking on your first game drive. Explore the park’s diverse landscapes and spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and other wildlife.
Return to your accommodation for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay. On Day 5 Rise early for a final game drive to catch the animals at their most active. Afterward, enjoy breakfast at your accommodation. Check out and depart from Amboseli National Park back to Nairobi marking the end of this enchanting trip.
